HUD Home Buyer Jenny went the extra miles (literally) to help us find an investment rental home. She assisted us with the unusual complications that arose from the house having current tenants that were planning to stay in the house after our purchase, which is what we wanted...instant tenants! She assisted us with drafting a new lease for the tenants. She was very helpful in facilitating getting a new roof on the house that met with our satisfaction before the closing. She gave us so much valuable assistance and advice during the whole process. I couldn't imagine having a better experience with any other realtor. I was able to sell my home quickly for the profit I was hoping for at a time when economic conditions would have suggested otherwise. By and large individuals selling their home have time constraints and important reasons for selling, and nothing is more important than the sale of that property. My case was no different, looking back it seems like an impossible expectation to have, but Jenny focused only on the goal and what needed to be accomplished. Her attitude was perfect, she was direct and highly knowledgeable about her profession and educated me on many real estate issues. She also brought in someone to stage the home and I believe this made a huge and overwhelming difference in prepping the home to go on the market. Jenny knew that once the house went on the market it had to show well and impress from the very first viewing. Somehow, amazingly everything fell into place, and Jenny was diligent through the difficult negotiating phase so that we didn't lose that first potential buyer. Actually, there was no room for error since the closing occurred on May 29th and I moved to Europe on June 2nd. Although I had worked with other real estate agents in the past, I knew this time there could be no compromises and from my first meeting with Jenny I knew I was in good hands. The process of selling my home could not have gone better and for all of the reasons I have mentioned, I believe I can thank Jenny Walker for that.
