Hey Mama!

Warm Mess Mama…. What does that mean?  Well we have all heard of being a hot mess, right?  Well warm mess is when you’re not quite a hot mess all time, sometimes you have it together, sometimes you show up on time and with appropriate items (ballet bag on ballet day, pom poms on cheer day) yay and high five for you!  With little ones that is a major task somedays!  And other days you barely make it somewhere before the end of said event, who needs pom poms for the last 15 minutes of practice anyways right?  Or you even show up on the wrong day, ooopps…. 

We have all been there, trust me!  Raising kids is hard work, add in today’s pressures of having to appear perfect at all times, hair and makeup done, Pinterest worthy outfit (never know when a photo op will happen and then someone posts you on Facebook looking all a bundle of hotmessness) with clean and well-dressed little fashionista kids holding your homemade cupcakes for the bake sale worthy of a Cake Boss decorations award, all while working 40+ hours a week and keeping a Martha Stewart like home ready for guests to stop by at any time.  Whew that’s a lot of work on 4 hours of sleep…. if you’re lucky and the baby slept well. 

So my blog is geared towards any and all moms who are a hot mess and want to strive to be just a warm a mess, not perfection because who has time for all that, I want to enjoy and play with my kids and not impress Facebook friends all the time LOL  I am going to explore tips and tricks of the trade to try and make life a little less chaotic for any type of mom whether you are stay at home, work at home, work out of the home and anything in between. 

I will be sharing funny stories that everyone can relate to, meal prep and shopping tips, cleaning hacks, birthday parties, organization tips, health tips, tips for traveling with littles and anything else that pops up!  I will even dive into some ways to make money at home if you work a 9-5 and want to stay home with the littles or just looking for an extra side hustle. 

Plus, tips to make it all happen with the littles climbing all over you! 

This blog will be like “a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get.”  But also, like chocolate, it’s all good and the kind you want will depend on the day your having!  And some days you mix it with wine, like chocolate this blog goes great with wine too!
