About Scofield Farms..... Scofield Farms is a master-planned community of homes located close to I-35 and Mopac between Parmerand Howard Lane. The homes range in size from 1500-4500 square feet and the price range is from the $160's to the early $300's. The builders in this neighborhood are Weekley, Newmark , Hammonds (now Meritage) and Wilshire. All sections are finished out and there are currently only re-sale homes available for sale. The existing homes were built starting in 1992 up to 2002. Scofield Farm's location is very convenient. One can live in a newer home and still be in a desirable location in Austin. There are many major employers close by including: Dell, IBM, Samsung, Austin Diagnostic Center, UT Balcones Research Center, National Instruments and Time Warner.
